I have a question on secure phone lines.....
what the differents bewteen a secure line and a non secure phone line?
why is that the goverment uses a secure phone line to talk to higher power people?
where can i get a secure phone line, as to where no one is listening in on?

I presume it involves encryption not available to the average person.

You can, however, use some sort of program to encrypt your audio, but I can't imagine it'll be terribly fast, and probably not fast enough for real time communication.
