How do I bybass MSN-blocking app.

Post by Grand_Master »

I got reasons to believe that my MSN-account has been blocked by IceCold Reloaded or similiar.
This application spams login requests to target account, and renders the accounts owner unable to login.
Is there any way to login even if such application is active? How?
I myself can't figure out a way to bypass it.
It should be pretty easy to track who the blocker is, though. But I don't know how.

How does it block you?

Please define the problem with more details.

I don't know how all MSN-blocking applications work. ButI know the basics of IceCold Reloaded.
And I guess that all MSN-blocking applications work in a similiar way.

It tries to login to target acount. On purpose it logins with wrong password.
It repeat this with very short time intervalls. Which results in that the owner of the account can't login, cause the server don't accept the request, when IceCold already is sending requests.

It could be compared with a DDOS, aiming towards a specific account instead of a whole server.

My account isn't blocked anymore, but it would be great to know how to defend oneself against that sort of blocks, anyway.

depends what the blocking program is coded in.......also, is it already compiled into an exe? if not, that makes it a hell of a lot easier to get past :O

It's already compiled to an exe.
But in which way could the evetual technique of bypassing the block depend on in what language it's coded?
It's just spamming login requests, which could even be done manually (in the theory).

It's an exe spamming login requests towards target account, running at another (not my own) system.

The user of IceCold, have to know the msn-name.

For example I can write "example@examplemail.com".
Then the application spams login requests to the server, which renders it unable to read your requests, because of the amount of requests it already recieving.

But once and for all. Whu is that information relevant!?
It makes no complicated proceduer. It just spams login requests to target account.

Is there anyway of raising my own requests priority to login even though such an application is active?

as far as i know, raising the priority of a request would be, if at all possible, only available to the people running the MSN network. a few other questions if i might (i have some ideas forming) :
1. so to clarify, the application waits for you to type in your msn name? or the admin knows your name? because you would just have to use an alternate address then
2. is task manager disabled? lol
3. any other things you can tell me about icecold? (whethever you can tskill it, what you see on screen when it runs, etc.etc.)
this info seems irrelevant, but its kinda useful in the end. you'll see :D
