'Bit Test' challenge... the strange coding.. please help me.

Thanks to this Post I know in what kind of format i have to express the answer.

I also figured out what the code does. But I can't tell how to create an answer out of these two things.
It would be easier if I'd be an native english speaker, if I am not mistaken.

From reading what the operator & does, I already knew the answers which would give an FALSE output but I need a hint how to form my answer. You can PM me or post in this thread thanks.

I was right. just didn't know how to express it. Now I've done it.

But please i need a keyword.

Is one blank binary, logarithm, basis, bit, 2, two,... or is my idea nonsense.
