The Lightest Touch

i just only know that each 2*3 matrix is a character, and i guess the sentence is sth. like "The answer is blah blah .." and at last it takes me a long time to work out the answer ..

Is there any rule to solve this problem?

i'm not a english speaker, hope you understand what i was talking about...

This is Braille, a character encoding for blind people. They 'read' a 3D representation
of these characters with their fingers. Read again the title of this challenge and you'll
understand the hint.

yeah this one needs to be done manually. there's braille alphabets on the internet.

i guess i will have to start writing a program dat translates braille letters to their equivalent and vice versal(the ones i have seen only translate letters to braille). Although solving dis one was piece of cake, cos once i saw the symbols i understood and recognised immediatly wat to do. Luckily it was a 1st grade braille. Nice challenge.

as I see the word "touch", I think about the blind people. Immediately I google "alphabetic for blind people" and I solved it. Sorry, I am not a english speaker.
