Challenge 'Steganographic' HELP....

This problem doesn't even really require any knowledge of any special algorithm or anything. For what its worth, converting the file to another format may cause the answer to be lost. It just really depends on the converter and the format. You shouldn't need to convert the image at all to get the answer.

This challenge is really starting to annoy me. I've used steg tools and IrFranview and rotated, sharpened, changed colors, etc of the image but still don't see anything. It seems a few clues have already been given here but if someone would kindly suggest another or private message me if you think the clue is too obvious for the general public on here.
