Hi,

could someone please tell me how long the cipher-message is? This video has 414 frames, so I thought the cipher message might be 414 characters long. On some frames it's quite obious, but on over 100 frames I can't decide if its 0 or 1.

Frame 307 is such a difficult frame.

It is not a very difficult encoding. You might even have seen it on this website before

Well, I have seen it before. I also have decoded the first two words. But for some images its quite difficult to decide if its 0 or 1

Did you convert the video clip to be able to watch it? I think the video player which I used at first (and which was able to display this file format) was not appropriate for the task at hand, thus I converted the clip so I could open it in a different player. My first conversion was not very good and the image quality suffered. With the right parameters, I could view the clip like I wanted to after conversion pretty much without problems.
