How to send sms to someone's mobile ?

I googled some sites and it didn't support my Area "Egypt"
or it is valued by money I actually want it free

How about using a mobile? It's not free, but you're using a service provided by companies which have to stay in business somehow.

I actually want it free

I want my living expenses to be free as well. I don't want to pay my rent, don't want to buy a car, never pay for food, don't pay taxes, get free healthcare,.. Oh, and a luxury yacht would be nice as well.
All of it legal ofcourse.

Now try to find the anomaly (hint -- it has something to do with the legal part)

There are some free texting services around which are supported by the adverts on the website that sends (also has a simple captcha) them but they don't text to Egypt. But as has been pointed out what you are after isn't truly free (these sites have terms of use which you'd be violating if you were to automate and could risk shutting them down).
