maybe here isn't the right place but I have a problem with ubuntu
can you help me (or any one)
the problem is that the usable portion of the screen in command line (tty1 to tty6, I go there by holding ctr+alt and pressing f1..f6) is small it's just a square in the middle.
it's like when you open a terminal and don't maximize the window?
I posted twice in ubuntuforums.org but I didn't have any help?
again sorry for asking like this I know this is hacking website but I like it here

I just want to say that tody I solved the problem just edited /etc/default/grub and made the 10th line

I bielive you are right alternate
But I think a great deal of hacking is programming after all

well there is alot of hacking that requires no knowledge what so ever, you just download a program and go.

not my style but alot of lazy crackers use it.

I believe that even this style required knowledge at the first place
(from the hacker who made the program at the beginning)

and I don't think it's right to call this kind of activities "hacking" even "cracking" is to much on those

Then what would u call some one who uses those types of programs. And yes there are programs that take no knowledge prior, I've tried some when i first started getting into the depths of programming.( i found out pretty fast that it was useless to know how to use it but not understand how it works.)

I don't really know what to call him, maybe "a noob" and if I come up with some thing more proper I'll tell you.
and about the programs when I said even those required knowledge I meant:
required knowledge to code them
I mean from the real hacker part who really had written the code of the program
I hope the idea I'm talking about is now clear (I know it's axiomatical, sorry!).
