connect ur comp to the lan ntwk

open cmd
type net user in the cmd
it will show u the admins name
type net user username
will show u the details of the admin
again type net user username *
will promt to change the passwd
change the pass nd enjoy

try this on yr comp

I don't think that it works on another admin, even if you are an admin. Especially if you are not the owner of the system. If you are, just reset his password. Or claim ownership of all his folders. Whatever.
