FTP kool things

hey guys another probably annoying question's

1.ftp bounce attack i want to learn this it sounds sooo cool!
2.ftp exploits i want to get access to a server so i can bounce attack
3.best way to get a ftp password and username

which ftp server are you trying to get at?

The 'ftp' protocol doesn't have any known holes that I'm aware of, so there's no general 'best' way. (If it did, they'd just get fixed)
