If he wants to become a programmer and not a h4x0r like others, lets help him.
Ok. sky the beginner. www.w3schools.com ,(note; this is more web programming then anything..) check around that for any coding you may like to learn, and do the tutorials stated there, once you've done that, try finding guides on that particular language so you can learn more about it.
