People using the same combination of username/email and password for common web-services should change their passwords immediatly!!!
I would also recommend suspending accounts at hacker.org, who didn't logged in for some time and where the password has been published.

hah, this is why i use a scapegoat email and updated my 7 char password to a 14 character capital/lowercase/numbers pw!
