Which kinds? Probably illegal, try tamper data.

The question is more so whos server are you trying to hack? If other than your own, I conquer with s3th, If it is your own, do a google search you should find your answer. try a search string like "ftp vulnerabilities" you should find something. On a side note, no one is actually going to give you step by step instructions to do anything like this. Youll have to do your own searching. Keep in mind Google is your friend.
