i really thought that 21 instructions would be the shortest possible and now it's down to 20 and i think it's even down to 19 later.
i've got a ::> solution. i couldn't get my solution, without changing mem, shorter than 22.
so start again making it shorter*g*

i just save the value of M1 into the result of M0/M1. if M0 < M1 then the result is 0 and higher M1 value is stored into M0 which I print in any case.
