I can't understand how the threads in Super HVM work and the sources seem unaccessible. Could some of admins fix it please?

nice challenge, but doesn't take in account people with with non-QWERTY keyboards. I solved it using french AZERTY, I suppose no problem for german QWERTZ, but Dvorak layout should impose more problems.

Encoded string is 220 symbols length = 110 bytes, not divisible by 4. Where did last 2 bytes (b40e) come?
