I used "OUT" as the initial state and got an all-meaningful output. But I've noticed that the second rotor rotated both meeting the 16th and 17th letter(O and Z). Is this behavior a bug or well defined?

This challenge isn't so hard as is imagined. Dangermouse's question, whose answer is "most of the picture is white noise and only less than 5% of it contains the answer", is a big hint.

EDIT: Oops, I've misread Dangermouse's question :shock:

I just download the whole dataset and simply spot out the pixels that return 12 same numbers. Then with some sort of guess I get the answer. But it's obviously not the best approach since I have to get the whole dataset and the final image I plot is somewhat confusing. So can someone please give me ...

The songs are pleasant but the answer is hard to find :( I tried to find words matching "beg...ing" for more than an hour after soundhound helps me to recognize all the songs ... :evil:
